David V. Marchand
David V. Marchand is a former aeronautical engineer. David graduated from Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1994. A former member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, David has litigated medical malpractice and personal injury cases across Texas. He co-authored "Drugs and Medical Devices" in ATLA's Litigating Tort Cases series of practice guides, and lectured on medical malpractice issues and medical device litigation. He is admitted to practice in Texas state courts and the Federal District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas.
Leanna Marchand, R.N., J.D.
Leanna Marchand, R.N., J.D. is a registered nurse and lawyer. A frequent speaker on issues related to medical liability, Leanna has practiced in the medico-legal arena since graduating from Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1996. She consults with physicians and medical professionals in relation to practice management and liability matters, and is active in the Preston Hollow community. Ms. Marchand is admitted to practice in Texas state courts.

David J. Moraine received a Juris Doctor degree from Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1996, and a Master of Laws (LLM) graduate law degree from the University of Houston in 2009. Mr. Moraine's practice focuses on trial and appellate representation in commercial disputes, business torts, family law, and tax matters. He is also involved in the firm's professional liability practice. Mr. Moraine is admitted to practice in Texas state courts, the Federal District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas and the Western District of Michigan, United States Tax Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
Lori L. Moraine
Lori L. Moraine is both a lawyer and registered nurse. As a nurse, she has significant experience in the areas of intensive care and emergency nursing. As a lawyer, she has tried more than 100 jury trials. Prior to graduating from Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1996, Lori was involved in the defense of medical malpractice cases. She has served as an Assistant District Attorney, and Special Assistant United States Attorney. Lori is admitted to practice in Texas Courts and the Federal District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas.
Deborah Boone
Deborah Boone graduated from Southern Methodist University School of Law, and is admitted to practice in Texas state courts and in Federal District Court for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas. Ms. Boone began her legal career at Vial, Hamilton, Koch & Knox in Dallas. Today, Ms. Boone focuses her practice in family law and the representation of state and national companies in commercial liability matters. In addition to her law practice, Ms. Boone teaches at Texas Woman's University, where she teaches legal research and writing. Ms. Boone is active in the Denton area community and has been appointed by the Denton County Commissioner's Court to the position of associate member of the Denton County Historical Commission, where she serves on the Folklore and Oral Histories Committee.
Victoria M. Rossi
Victoria Rossi earned her Juris Doctor from The Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University, where she graduated with honors in 2007. Ms. Rossi is a former judicial clerk for The Honorable Sally Montgomery. She is admitted to practice in Texas Courts, Federal District Courts for the Northern And Eastern Districts Of Texas, United States Tax Court, and the United States Court Of Appeals For The Fifth Circuit. Ms. Rossi practices in the areas of commercial litigation and business matters.
