Deborah S. Boone is a graduate of Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and has been a practicing attorney in Texas for the past ten years.  Deborah came to the firm from Vial, Hamilton, Koch & Knox, L.L.P., where her practice focused mainly in the area of commercial litigation.  At Marchand & Moraine, L.L.P., she has added to her commercial-litigation practice a rapidly growing probate and family law practice.

Deborah is a resident of Denton, Texas, and is active in her community, having served as Adjunct Professor of History and Government at Texas Woman's University, teaching legal research and legal writing.  She has also been appointed by the Denton County Commissioner's Court to membership on the Denton County Historical Commission.  Deborah's experience includes both state and federal practice, and she is licensed to practice in all federal courts in the State of Texas.
